Life-time Warranty

The Carbonater comes with a life-time warranty.  If  your Carbonater develops a crack or leaks and you have followed the instructions that come with the Carbonater under normal usage conditions, please return it to us for a free replacement.  You must send us the defective unit to receive a replacement.  Please send it US Mail to the following address:

Within 48 hours we will send out a free replacement Carbonater so please be sure to include your return address.  Feel free to add photos or descriptions that will aid us in verifying the defect.  Carbonaters that have not been used according to the directions on the backing card will not qualify for warranty replacement.  (i.e. exceeding recommened PSI or using on glass containers.)
